How It Works

Step 1: Resident sends a QR invitation

Using the BiomeX app or resident portal, a resident pre-registers their guest and sends a secure QR pass via WhatsApp or Telegram before the visitor arrives.

Step 2: Visitor scans at the entrance kiosk

The QR is verified, a photo is captured, and check-in is complete in under 60 seconds. If the visitor has a vehicle, the ANPR barrier activates their carpark pass automatically. The resident receives an instant phone notification.
